investigaci\u00f3n <strong>FoodChemPack<\/strong> organiz\u00f3 el <strong>Congreso SLIM 2026 (Shelf Life International Meeting)<\/strong>, celebrado en <strong>Santiago de Compostela<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante las cuatro jornadas, investigadores y profesionales compartieron conocimientos, experiencias y resultados en un entorno de colaboraci\u00f3n que favoreci\u00f3 el intercambio cient\u00edfico y la generaci\u00f3n de nuevas sinergias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El programa cient\u00edfico abord\u00f3 temas clave como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Modelado, pruebas y predicci\u00f3n de la vida \u00fatil<br>\u2705 Tecnolog\u00edas emergentes e innovadoras para la prolongaci\u00f3n de la vida \u00fatil de los productos<br>\u2705 Embalaje sostenible, innovaci\u00f3n en materiales y cuestiones de seguridad.<br>\u2705Interacciones entre la calidad, la seguridad y la vida \u00fatil de los alimentos.<br>\u2705Pol\u00edtica, tendencias de consumo y sostenibilidad en estrategias de vida \u00fatil y envasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s, el congreso foment\u00f3 el networking entre los participantes, facilitando la creaci\u00f3n de nuevas colaboraciones entre instituciones acad\u00e9micas, centros de investigaci\u00f3n y empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El \u00e9xito de esta edici\u00f3n refuerza el papel de SLIM como un congreso de referencia internacional en su \u00e1mbito, as\u00ed como el compromiso de <strong>FoodChemPack<\/strong> con la promoci\u00f3n de la investigaci\u00f3n cient\u00edfica y la transferencia de conocimiento hacia la sociedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde la organizaci\u00f3n, se quiere agradecer la participaci\u00f3n de todas las personas asistentes, ponentes y entidades colaboradoras que han contribuido al desarrollo de este encuentro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
