{"id":8149,"date":"2024-04-17T11:58:40","date_gmt":"2024-04-17T09:58:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodchempack.com\/food-chem-pack-gl\/minijornada-en-valorizacion-de-residuos-alimentarios\/"},"modified":"2026-02-05T10:26:42","modified_gmt":"2026-02-05T09:26:42","slug":"minijornada-en-valorizacion-de-residuos-alimentarios","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodchempack.com\/gl\/food-chem-pack-gl\/minijornada-en-valorizacion-de-residuos-alimentarios\/","title":{"rendered":"Minixornada en valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos alimentarios"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con motivo da visita do profesor Joao Lima  a  Facultade de Farmacia no marco do programa Erasmus+, o grupo FoodChemPack est\u00e1 organizando unha minixornada aberta a comunidade na que se abordar\u00e1 a valorizaci\u00f3n de residuos alimentarios en diferentes \u00e1mbitos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A xornada celebrarase o pr\u00f3ximo 24 de abril no sal\u00f3n de grados da Facultade de Farmacia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ademais, o 25 de abril pola ma\u00f1\u00e1 farase un <em>workshop<\/em> titulado <em>\u201cMetodolox\u00edas para o dise\u00f1o e formulaci\u00f3n de alimentos saudables e sostibles en pequenas e medianas empresas: caso en Sudam\u00e9rica\u201d<\/em>, que ser\u00e1 impartido polo  estudiante de doutorando do grupo de investigaci\u00f3n.
