{"id":8139,"date":"2023-11-29T10:41:14","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T09:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.foodchempack.com\/food-chem-pack-en\/international-conference-on-environmental-food-monitoring-iseac-41-amsterdam-netherlands\/"},"modified":"2026-02-02T12:59:35","modified_gmt":"2026-02-02T11:59:35","slug":"international-conference-on-environmental-food-monitoring-iseac-41-amsterdam-netherlands","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.foodchempack.com\/en\/food-chem-pack-en\/international-conference-on-environmental-food-monitoring-iseac-41-amsterdam-netherlands\/","title":{"rendered":"International Conference on Environmental &amp; Food Monitoring ISEAC-41 (\u00c1msterdam, Netherlands)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La semana pasada, integrantes de nuestro grupo participaron en el International Conference on Environmental &amp; Food Monitoring (<strong>ISEAC-41<\/strong>), en \u00c1msterdam, Pa\u00edses Bajos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa doctoranda <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Lara Pazos<\/strong><\/mark> present\u00f3 su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>First approach on the stability and bioaccessibility of epoxy-resin contaminants from packaging materials in food<\/em>\u201d con unos resultados preliminares muy interesantes dentro del proyecto BACFood4Expo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa doctoranda <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Sandra Mari\u00f1o<\/strong><\/mark> particip\u00f3 con su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Chemometrics to differentiate hop cultivars through volatile fingerprint<\/em>\u201d donde evalu\u00f3 los diferentes compuestos org\u00e1nicos vol\u00e1tiles entre cuatro cultivos de l\u00fapulo diferentes dentro del marco del proyecto ValICET.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa investigadora postdoctoral <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Patricia V\u00e1zquez<\/strong><\/mark> contribuy\u00f3 con su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Identification of non-volatile compounds in bio-based and\/or biodegradable packaging materials using a non-targeted LC-HRMS method<\/em>\u201d donde inclu\u00eda algunos de los resultados obtenidos durante su estancia predoctoral en el laboratorio Oniris &#8211; LABERCA (Nantes, Francia) dentro del proyecto MIGRABIOQUANT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa investigadora postdoctoral <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Ant\u00eda Lestido<\/strong><\/mark> present\u00f3 su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Bio-based and biodegradable polymers for food contact: a chemical approach to investigate their safety<\/em>\u201d donde se expon\u00eda la metodolog\u00eda implementada en el proyecto MIGRABIOQUANT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa profesora <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Raquel Send\u00f3n<\/strong><\/mark> contribuy\u00f3 con su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Identification of volatile and semivolatile compounds in primary packaging of ophthalmic formulations by GC-MS<\/em>\u201d, un trabajo en colaboraci\u00f3n con el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3ns Sanitarias de Santiago (IDIS) y el Hospital Cl\u00ednico Universitario de Santiago (SERGAS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa profesora <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Ana Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong><\/mark> present\u00f3 su p\u00f3ster titulado \u201c<em>Non-targeted screening for volatile compounds in food contact bioplastics using Purge and Trap coupled to Gas chromatography-Mass Spectrometry<\/em>\u201d en el marco del proyecto nacional MIGRABIOQUANT, en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Seguridad Alimentaria y Nutrici\u00f3n (AESAN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>\ud83d\udc69\ud83c\udffd\u200d\ud83d\udd2cLa profesora <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0165d0\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Letricia Barbosa<\/strong><\/mark> particip\u00f3 con una comunicaci\u00f3n oral titulada \u201c<em>Human dietary exposure to food packaging contaminants through in vitro bioaccessibility studies<\/em>\u201d en la sesi\u00f3n correspondiente a Food Contact Material.
